Role: Product Manager
About Twinco Capital
Twinco is trade finance, re-engineered.
We serve global corporates, making supply chain finance faster, fairer, and more accessible. We do this by combining three capabilities no one else brings together: technology — a modular platform that allows customers to manage all supply chain finance in one place, fully integrated into their commercial workflow; capital — our own balance sheet, so we fund suppliers from the purchase order, not just at invoice stage but earlier, where banks won’t go; and risk intelligence — a proprietary underwriting model built on real supplier performance data in emerging markets. The result is lower cost of supply, less disruption risk, and stronger, more competitive supply chains that include suppliers — both large and small, from across the world.
Twinco is a European, fast-growing fintech at scale-up stage, backed by institutional investors, and growing from ~40 to ~60 people in 2026.
We are looking for people who want to build something meaningful at scale, take ownership early, and work at the intersection of finance, technology, and global trade.
Position Overview
Job Title
Product Manager
About the role
This role will report directly to the Product Lead and will work closely with technology, operations and other business stakeholders across the organisation.
As a Product Manager at Twinco, you will own product initiatives end-to-end — from discovery and definition through to delivery and iteration. You will work across the full product lifecycle, covering both customer-facing and internal workflows, and will be responsible for translating business and user needs into clear, executable product plans.
We are looking for someone who combines analytical rigour with strong execution discipline — someone who knows how to manage a backlog, drive delivery, and keep cross-functional teams aligned and unblocked.
You are fluent in product tooling. You live in Jira, you set up your own workflows, and you have strong opinions on how to run a well-structured backlog. You also know when to adapt processes rather than impose them.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment. You will influence product strategy, execute roadmaps and help raise the bar for how Twinco builds and ships products.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead discovery through user interviews, stakeholder brainstormings, competitive analysis, and data review to identify problems worth solving.
• Own end-to-end product execution: take full ownership of product areas, from discovery to delivery, launch, and iteration.
• Define and monitor product KPIs; use data to evaluate the success of shipped features and inform next decisions.
• Continuously evaluate product progress and outcomes, incorporating customer and stakeholder feedback to refine and enhance the product.
• Translate roadmap initiatives into clear, actionable product requirements, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Write clear product specifications and user stories that engineering can execute with minimal back-and-forth.
• Manage and maintain a well-structured, prioritised backlog in Jira.
• Use Notion to document requirements, decisions, and product knowledge, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Collaborate with UX/UI to deliver intuitive, well-crafted user experiences.
• Work closely with backend and frontend engineers to understand technical constraints and make well-informed trade-offs.
• Cross-functional collaboration across multiple squads.
• Communicate product decisions clearly to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
• Identify inefficiencies in existing workflows and proactively propose improvements.
• Contribute to building a strong product culture — advocating for clarity, velocity, and quality in equal measure.
Key Skills Required
• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in a B2B fintech, SaaS or marketplace environment.
• Advanced, hands-on experience with Jira — backlog management, sprint setup, custom workflows, dashboards and reporting. This is a must.
• Familiarity with other product management tools such as ClickUp, Linear, Notion, Productboard or equivalent.
• Proven ability to own product areas end-to-end, from discovery through delivery and iteration.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Experience writing clear product specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria, as well as building product workflows.
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies and experience running sprint ceremonies.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, operations and commercial teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with UX design principles; experience collaborating with designers (Figma or similar).
• Strong prioritisation instincts — comfortable making trade-off decisions with incomplete information.
• Based in Madrid.
• Fluent English is required.
Nice to Have
• Experience in supply chain finance, trade finance or working capital products.
• Familiarity with API-driven platforms and experience working alongside backend engineering teams.
• Experience with AI tools or AI-powered products
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
• Knowledge of infrastructure or DevOps concepts at a conceptual level (CI/CD, deployments, environments).
